Good morning. I'm sick. How sick or sick with what, I don't know.  Last night, at 10:15 pm Nathaniel brought me a bowl of spiced ?black bean soup. I wasn't hungry, it was too late, but I was polite and ate it.  My stomach failed to empty. It regurgitated repeatedly all night.  Mediastinal pain kept me awake. This morning I have a sore throat and pain on swallowing. I continue to regurgitate but lesser amounts of dark brown/black non-acid liquid. I haven't measured it, but my temperature seems normal. I've been up for an hour, and feel much better.  It's not necessary for you to come and expose yourself to whatever virus I may have to offer. I will keep you informed by e-mail.
